Every project starts with a consultation, which usually takes about one to two hours. Kim walks the home, makes notes, and begins forming a design plan tailored to your space and your buyer. We take photographs so we can plan every room down to the details.

Step 2: Your proposal

After the consultation, we prepare a clear proposal and send it to you or your listing agent. It lays out the recommended scope and the investment, so you know exactly what staging your home involves before you commit to anything.

Step 3: The plan comes together

Once the proposal is approved, we send a contract and begin preparing. We select the furnishings and accessories that fit your home and your market, and we coordinate the timing around your listing date so everything lands right on schedule.

Step 4: Staging day

The staging itself is typically completed in a single day. Our team installs and styles the home from top to bottom, arranging furniture, layering in decor, and highlighting each room’s best features until the space is showcase ready.

Step 5: Photos, showings, and sold
