About Home Envy

A certified home stager and a licensed Illinois Realtor.

Kim Piccirilli, founder of Home Envy
Kim Piccirilli

Design instinct, market know-how.

Every successful home sale begins with a powerful first impression, and getting there can feel overwhelming. Every showing matters. Every online photo matters. Kim Piccirilli built Home Envy so Chicagoland homeowners can list with confidence, knowing buyers will see their home at its very best.

Most stagers know design. Realtors know the market. Kim is both: a certified home stager and a licensed Illinois REALTOR®. She brings both perspectives to every home, helping clients make choices that do more than look beautiful. They attract stronger buyer interest and better offers.

Her expertise was built through years in interior design and model home merchandising with a prominent Newport Beach, California design firm. She brought that experience to Chicagoland and founded Home Envy in 2014, combining thoughtful design with a deep understanding of how buyers think and how today’s market moves.

Kim believes every home has a story worth telling, and thoughtful staging helps buyers picture themselves living it from the moment they walk through the door. Today, homeowners, builders, and Realtors across Chicagoland trust her to transform listings into homes buyers remember, creating the kind of first impression that generates more interest, stronger offers, and successful sales.

What sets us apart

One professional, start to finish.

No referrals, no handoffs, no extra vendor to coordinate. From the first consultation to the sold sign, Home Envy carries your home through with a single, expert point of view.

Giving back

Design with heart.

Beyond her client work, Kim volunteers with Humble Design Chicago, a nonprofit that furnishes and designs homes for families and veterans emerging from homelessness. She assists with property design, the installation of furniture and accessories, and reveal day, when families see their transformed home for the first time. Kim also donates furniture and accessories from Home Envy to help turn empty houses into warm, welcoming homes.

It reflects what Kim believes: a thoughtfully designed space can change how a person feels, and what feels possible next.
